Prayer times are off, what should I do?
Check the calculation method and the location used in Prayers > Settings. Allow precise location for the app: times are calculated from your real position.
I do not receive prayer notifications.
Allow notifications in your phone settings and make sure battery saving does not prevent the app from running. To avoid disturbing you, reminders pause after 4 days without opening the app: open it to turn them back on.
How do I add a prayer place?
Tap Add, choose “Prayer place”, then enter the name, address and photos. Every place is checked before it appears on the map.
How does live translation work?
It is included in Premium + (2 h per month, extra hours available). Place your phone near the sound source, choose the subtitle language and tap Start.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed from your App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) account: Subscriptions > NoorSpot > Cancel.
How does the Swimming section work?
Add or browse swimming places where covering swimwear is accepted. A review requires a photo taken on site. A place is “To confirm on site” from 5 matching reviews and “Certified” from 10.
